You are using a 32 mg Retatrutide vial, which will generally last approximately 8 to 10 weeks depending on the product protocol. You have added 2 mL BAC water to the vial and are ready to proceed. The product packaging, label or prescribed protocol states that the starting phase is 2 mg per week for weeks 1 to 4, followed by 4 mg per week for weeks 5 to 8, and thereafter 8 mg per week during the maintenance phase.
In the calculator below, first select the 32 mg vial and press Reconstitute & Calculate. With 32 mg reconstituted using 2 mL, the automatic 1 mg mathematical reference is 6.25 units on a U-100 syringe. To visualise the prescribed 2 mg amount for weeks 1 to 4, change the dose field to 2 mg. The syringe image will immediately show 12.5 units. When the protocol advances to 4 mg, the calculator will show 25 units, and at 8 mg it will show 50 units.
